Thinking back to the squad from 2 yrs ago. I guess we had more battlers in the side then
Even the likes of Whittaker and Bassong were regulars and solid 7 out of 10 players. Now it seems like we don't have those types of players in our starting eleven.
A right hand side of Murphy and Pinto is really weak in terms of physicality and dealing with aerial battles. And at CB Klose seems unable to handle this style of football, even for a big guy I don't think he's as strong as Bassong in the air or as good on the ground. Obviously Bassong has been out of the picture the last few months but maybe a switch back to Whittaker, Martin, Bassong, Dijks would make us a bit tighter at the back.
Ahead of them perhaps Matt Jarvis and Wildschut in the wide areas would be worth a go at this stage. At least they're experienced at this level. I'd still have Wes in behind Cam at the moment.

- Do you mean the Jarvis who hasn't played much for years, and when did he didn't do much? (n/m) (NCFC) - Larry Hagman, Mar 4, 21:36:09
