improving the technical side -coaching, fitness etc. - but due to an approach to man management that suited the players, who were by and large Lambert-type players, and responded to that. However, when we got promoted, the flaws in the technical basics began to show, and there's no sign that things have improved. One thing that has improved, since McNally left, is recruitment - we have started to buy players that look genuine improvements over what we have.
