Sorry and no offence but i don't agree with this passion arguement at all. Mourinho never played for chelsea, benitez never played for liverpool, ferguson never played for united (i think!!) wenger never played for arsenal I could go on and on. You don't need to support a club to have passion to do your job and achieve. You just need to be a good coach and man manager. NW doesn't lack passion, he WANTS To do well for us, he just lacks ability.
