What is our game plan in any game under him?

Genuine question. It appears to me that we just go out and rely on having a bit more talent on the pitch than the opposition because we don't seem to have any specific strengths that we deliberately play too or obvious style of play.

You are right, we should be going to places like Burton and Rotherham and backing ourselves to outlaws them and outplay them. Of course to do that you also have to work hard too in order to gain the platform. We have been working harder of late admittedly but the football has gone kick and rush and we are turning games into tight slugfests which is not good when you give the opposition at least two very good clear cut chances in every game.
