Can AN not see where the problems are!?
How on earth has he not seen the problems in his time here and sorted it out.
It is no good him moaning that the players are not doing what he says. He will have seen that for nearly three seasons now but still hasn't sorted it.
Time to get rid and get someone in with some guts to make the hard decisions.
