According to Chris Wise................ ....
we appeared intimidated by the fact that the game was a local derby. What absolute rubbish. We've been outplayed by West Ham, Preston and Reading recently we're not intimidated we're clearly tactically inept and led by a management team who don't know what to do next. The substitutions at half-time should tell any Board of Directors all they need to know. Firstly the players who went off are two signed by the current manager (one only a few weeks ago so if he isn't motivated is there any hope). Secondly, the two players came on made not a jot of difference proving that it isn't simply the players it is inept management and coaching; put different players in the same system (whatever that is!) and the result is the same. Anyone with any sense and a little bit of footballing knowledge can see that the manager has to be replaced and he will be replaced it's just a question of time so why wait any longer?
