They're already starting to bring some good players in, though.

From what I hear, Bartosz Bialkowski is a very promising keeper (and delightfully eccentric), and Alexander Ostlund is a good signing, too. Additionally, their youth system is much better than ours - obviously they've just sold Theo Walcott, but Dexter Blackstock, Andrew Surman and (particularly) Nathan Dyer look potentially very good.

They've got Jim Brennan, too.
