I'd love to know why a number of people have been calling for him to come here.

He did well at Brentford and ok at Rangers, I'll give you that but I wouldn't say that at this point in time that he might be a significant upgrade on Alex Neil. Maybe I'm wrong, I don't know a massive amount about the guy other than reading about him when he was having relative success at Brentford. Am I missing something?
