get people to hang around turnstiles gently asking others for their support etc. The police/stewards will s**t themselves with so many people outside and try to order people into the ground, thus pissing them off.
Instant riot, and it's all worthy's fault.
Also as Caffrey points out, an extra couple of liveners in the pub.
