The article states that it is normal that loan players have their utilities paid for them. But tv and internet is less common.
He was ON LOAN and likely to keep moving on loan. Loads of hassle to keep changing that s**t. Cost was peanuts and it makes total sense.
I've negotiated all my utilities including tv and internet into my rent. Just less hassle.
The 40k a week is not his thing. That's from Chelsea.
