I walked threw the city yesterday
Saw about 15 people sleeping rough in door shops, this morning I've had to nip into town (Yarmouth) and again another 7 or 8 who spent the night in door ways.....
Yarmouth has lots of empty shops warehouses even bnbs that stand empty!
Why isn't it law to get this poor people of the streets and into some sort of accommodation?
