Well that is the priority

We can't keep losing money, and without freeing up some resources (the new arrivals will surely be cheaper wage wise than those departing) our chances of re-shaping the squad are zero. So first things first.
Realistically, re-shaping the squad may have to wait until summer when we lose some more of the big contracts.
