Any decent left back or centre half or holding midfielder would improve us at
the moment, due to our injuries, suspensions, transfer out and wantaways. But if he's holding out for a player of a proven level up on our on-paper first eleven, we won't be signing anyone. It seems we can't get anyone good to come to this backwater
