They may motivate themselves. i get the feeling they have started doing that

a bit now in the recent home games. I certainly don't believe they are doing it for Neil but there must come a point as a player where your professional pride and winning mentality kicks in.

Once the window has closed and there is no prospect of a move the likes of Brady will probably knuckle down as happened with Olsson last time we were down here.
