Yeah, very true
When I got mine, I had to wait 1 month and spend ages on the phone before the thing actually worked.
I still have the router and now the card for my new desktop, 50% of the time it didn't connect or took around 10 minutes of constant page refreshing to actually view something, though I found spinning my base unit round to face the direction of the router and moving it just a foot closer has worked a treat (router is downstairs, PC upstairs in the opposite corner of the house)
