Molly - slavishly in love and willing to take whatever abuse she "needs to" for the greater good, submitting her needs to the needs of Sherlock
Eurus - at the end needed the comfort of her big brother (a man)
Irene - saved by the man, forced to live in hiding

Whereas all the men have prospered: Mycroft never succumbed to his mental state as Eurus did, and suffered no consequences for decisions which were at best morally dubious. Sherlock Always Wins - surely he would have been left just a little bit broken, maybe he should have been the one needing the help after the end of the episode. John keeps on keeping on.

Yes Una Stubbs has a cool Aston but that doesn't really make up for it. There is a streak of misogyny in this plotting that doesn't need to be there.
