Why are we even bothering dissecting whose fault it is?
The defence has been utterly incompetent for two years. Any effort to shore it up in bringing in the likes of Klose or Pinto has failed as a result of the abysmal coaching they are getting. Pick any from eight and it is the same result, though today was quite something.
