What is the extra cost of business class for the flights you're looking at?
And which airline?
Maybe go out economy and fly back business?
The best bit about business (food and booze aside) is being able to sleep. So arguably better to do it for the night time leg of the journey.
The downside being of course, you don't get to enjoy the experience in quite the same way.
