One or two games in which he finally gets his selection right

25 games into the season prove nothing.

Clearly they are not going to sack him right now so I hope that things continue to improve and we can make the playoffs but he should have been sacked. Perhaps the last two games are a sign that (at his lowest ebb) he has finally listened to someone and learnt something but the league table still shows he has failed this season.
