usable storage by the OS. They're allowed to use 1GB=1,000MB in advertising whereas the OS uses 1GB=1,024MB. So a "64GB" disk is actually more like 62.5GB in the OS. Even lower if they're also allowed to use 1MB=1,000KB, when, again, the OS uses 1MB=1,024KB.
