Honestly based on what? He's been useless

Ther have been absolutely no signs at all that he can arrest the slump which is basically down to him. No confidence in the team bizarre selections and subs, the same formation over and over total inflexibility. He's had two years and we're getting worse, we're definitely worse than when he took over from Adams.
