Absolutely if it's clear that someone isn't up to it, they have to go. But to what end? Maybe we find 'the one' and maybe they're a complete failure. We thought AN was 'the one' but he's as fallible as anyone else.

Our most successful appointments (arguably) have been Walker and Lambert and they had no real track record but did a great job. On that premise we may as well go for anyone from Colchester, but that would appear to be mad.

I think he'll go but I won't be surprised if it leads to further woe. More than happy and really hope I'm proved wrong.
