Nigella's recipe is actually better than Delia's

Tried both side by side yesterday (was cooking for ten). Nigella's had better flavour and consistency. Key differences: more eggs per amount of flour, and all milk not a milk/water mix. Both cooked in dripping from the beef (which makes them better than just using vegetable oil).
