Nonsense to suggest the council have had no return
Madjeski built them a new high school funded out of his own pocket and a park and ride car park (now defunct). It also fails to mention that most of that land is adjacent to a municipal tip and a sewage works. Value yes, but most has already been sold to Tesco or has less actual value than is stated there.
