Should have sacked him weeks and weeks ago
He will always have my goodwill and gratitude for that amazing day out at Wembley. Even forgave him last season as he's still learning, Prem is hard and different to anything he'd seen before close up, was sure he'd bank the experience and use it well.
Now I genuinely think he needs a period away from the game and then to go somewhere else. I wish him every success - there probably is a really good manager somewhere in there. But we'll never see it here and he needs just to walk away - for his own sanity as well as ours - if the Board continue their utterly inexplicable apathy towards the whole thing.
