It's not all down to Worthy though...

It's obvious that Francis was desperate to leave, regardless of the manager. As for McVeigh, he is inconsistent, and when he's not at the races he offers absolutely nothing at all to the team (no pace or physical presence).

Hucks is similar, but you know that his pace can always cause teams problems, even when he's playing poorly.
