That the cops assumed as they had been asking the Liverpool fans would go in the ground early as the previous year but the majority stayed outside till after 2.30pm and then the rush began causing the problems at the turnstiles initially. I do wonder if it had been Norwich fans there if things had been different. I was at the other semi and was in the ground early to make the most of the atmosphere as I couldn't see it happening very often.
