The bottom line every single player has deteriorated under Neil, who has improved?

seasoned professionals, its because of lack of organisation & structure, lack of confidence, chopping and changing after very game, how can any player build confidence, last week the team could be built around Pritchard and now he seems to be useless. The manager has not got a clue if our inept board stick, we will lose loads of talent in January and the slide will start, the same mistakes are being made prior to McNally, by angst isn't even with Alex Neil he his out of his depth why would you walk away when you can get a big pay day, my angst is with our useless Board who are returning us to those awful days, they got lucky and they have thrown an incredible chance of the Club actually being something.
