There is no time scale as yet on building. The Community Stand was built at the end of promotion season and everyone seemed to be urging the board to rise the capacity even more. On the one hand fans want a bigger ground ,yet they want the same money spent on players. Unless you abramovic it just doesn't work and you have to get a balance
