I'm balding. Not sure I have a reassuring voice though.

I remember him doing a talk to prospective law students at Oxford and he was asking people why they wanted to do law. Someone said it was because they wanted his job. So he told them to pick a different career, as he wasn't going to be giving his one up. Oh how we chortled. But 20 years later...
