I'd like to see more of a modern scientific approach to the coaching team - can't think of a better way of putting it. But then I have no idea what they do day to day so I'm only basing that on supposition and what I see on a match day and read in the media that cover us. YouTube clips they put out have some quite innovative odds and ends like that goalkeeping game and the lights thing, so maybe we're training for more sophisticated tactics than the big old hoof down the middle which seems to catch us out so often.
