Although I'd like to see a managerial change, I'm still not convinced 'most clubs would have made the change by now' (based on this season alone). I think that's why Delia and Co still stand firm.
We're still in and about the playoffs. If we were to lose another 3 I would think (hope) that'd swing even then.
