I think it's only slightly weaker than last time if at all

we've lost our best player from last time in Redmond, and lost Johnson who had a good season last time out. But players like Brady, Pritchard and Naismith have all done very well at this level or higher in the past. A good manager could get a lot, lot more out of them.
