Yes there is and it's a good opportunity to ask questions of the board but.....

There are a crowd of regulars who tend to read out prepared little speeches and in general it's a difficult forum for anyone to be too critical because most of our shareholders are a polite bunch and it would seem a bit out of place.

The day the AGM really kicks off is the day Delia really has lost the crowd. Most you can expect is a few leading critical questions in my view.
