its called freedom of speech , its his opinion , you dont have to agree with it
Personally i did find it strange not that he had a drink but it was reported that he had more than a few , while on England duty knowing that another game was on Tuesday
Perhaps he knew he wasnt playing or perhaps thats why he wasnt playing
