Hard to see how we're building towards the World Cup as it stands.
Can't see us having a better team than we did last time round.
Boring. Technically poor. Altogether uninspiring.
Rather than spend £3m per year on a manager that won't be able to achieve anything because our players are s**te, let's invest it in youth football and actually give ourselves a chance of being good at some point.
Delia has a point with the premier league, the money isn't being invested in English youth football, it's going overseas in transfer fees.
Why not give less to the clubs and invest more in youth set ups? Or require a certain proportion of tv money is used for academies?
