There is no way you'd get to Midlands in 1.5 hours...

You might make Huntingdon driving and just past Peterborough on the train. you can fly anywhere in Britian in 1.5 hours from Norwich airport, but then you've got 20 mins from airport to Colney / Carrow Road and the distance from the players house to their local airport.
