Technical help required: bluetooth USB adapter

I've got a usb bluetooth dongle, and need to get driver software for it - winders don't recognize it. Have no idea on the manufacturer/model - not written on dongle, can find it in it's hardware properties when I connect it.

Anyone got any idea how I can figure out what drivers to try?
