Unless he's also their sole heir to their financial fortune, passing on ownership of a football club seems a poisoned chalice. Fine while we're still reasonably solvent with PRem money but once we're back to the days of needing bail outs..?
She's talking about putting the shares in some form of trust to stop him just cashing in and selling up right away, but that's still far short of a supporters' trust.
Just seems such a missed opportunity if she meant any of her blather about the club belonging to the fans/safeguarding it for the community etc.
