Our manager has lost it.

Stability? Well, he?s long-serving alright and has managed success that took us back to our 'rightful' place in English football. But the side now is a shadow of its former self.

We are some 10 points off the pace and this squad should not be struggling like they are.

Our last two league defeats were against sides we should not be losing to, and the cup exit was similarly disappointing (alright by only one goal, but the manner in which we approached the game was poor)

As for transfer policy ? our young talent have not been given a chance and, when they move on, they show their form by scoring goals for their new employers.

Getting rid of our midfield maestro in the summer brought money in, admittedly, but what have we spent it on? The replacements are rubbish, possibly the worst I have ever seen.

Having nice new facilities is great but at this rate we?ll struggle to half fill it.

Blame injuries, blame our ageing centre-half, but ARSENE WENGER has to go.
