Was never really given a fair chance

Despite one or two very promising cameos when he did get to play was in a wide midfield role when it appears blatantly obvious he is best playing centrally and bursting forward, bit like Howson. Also as he never got a run in the side never got 100% match fit. Vadis alongside an in form Tettey in the centre would have been interesting to see.
