When you have an email chain it gets very confusing. Its hard to describe but

the message appears at the bottom of the chain but with the latest message at the top making it (for me anyway) really confusing as to which is the latest message and also difficult to scroll back to find the previous messages you want to find.

Sure I will get used to it but I really don't think its an improvement in any way, shape or form.
