Although I was pleased as I think he's a great little player who in time will do very well for us, I can't help but feel it was a panic move to placate the fans after we got gazumped for McCormack.

i didn't really see the strategic thinking behind that signing or Naismith at the time we got him because we already had players capable of playing in that role and our needs elsewhere were more acute.
