I think some previous loans by both Foulger and Delia/MWJ were converted into shares. Of course their shares are actually worth something if they ever sell the club, unlike the shares held by most of us which are just token efforts bought to help the club or for sentimental reasons. Mind you of course Delia has always said she will give the club away for free to the right person so the fact here shares are now worth millions if a buyer existed is presumably irrelevant.
