Have we got too many players that don't see NCFC as their route back to the prem?

I would imagine that Brady, Olsson and klose don't see promotion with us as their only chance.

Maybe there are more?

But that's bound to impact hunger and desire. I'm sure all of us have experienced it at work where you decide you want to go and mentally check out.
