Norwich have slipped back into that 'nice little Norwich' mode

We managed to lose it under Lambert. We need a nasty bastard who will bring that 'they shall not pass' mentality. There's no strong characters in the side now. Under Lambert we had players who were perhaps not the best but would give their all, get in the oppositions faces and at times bend the rules a bit. Too much of a soft underbelly now. We make too many individual errors for it not to be down to how the manager sends out the side psychologically. The side also has no identity. How would anyone describe our style? I would struggle. Time for change I'm afraid.
