They are set up in a tactic that highlights their weaknesses, they are poorly motivated, they are not being challenged by other motivated squad members waiting in the wings who can come in and make the shirt theirs, they are on too good contracts for us to threaten an offloading to s**tsville FC or non contact renewal, they've got it to easy and need a disciplinarian c**t like Lambert to come in and f**k their cosy s**t up.
Lambert used to confiscate mobile phones for a week, fined lads for wearing snoods (the opta guy) nobody shacked off under him, else they were gone next window and the time until then was miserable (and finey)
