I did laugh at their customer service headlines this week. I bought out my contract with

them because they wouldn't sort out a problem, and their solution was "wait for your upgrade period and get a new phone".

They really didn't like me asking for a quote to buy out. They enjoy assuming they've got all their customers bent over

Anyway, I found out they blacklisted me because of it
