Tea / pot / milk orderage
I'm actually shifting towards tea first, milk second. Means you can see better whether tea in sufficiently brewed. And you can more accurately calibrate milk to tea ratio for correct colour. Accidentally put a bit too much milk in the cup first, and you've really got nowhere to go (and you end up overfilling the cup and then spilling when you try and correct).
