it's not just about this season

he still hasn't addressed the fundamental defensive and organisational problems which started 10 months ago. Which took us on our worst run of results in living memory.

It's increasingly looking as though he's relying mostly on just having better players than the opponents to get results - rather than trying to implement any kind of long term strategy around which the players can progress as a unit.
